Enhanced Leadership Awareness
A manufacturing company's existing leadership culture was holding back the change required to stay competitive in a consolidating industry. Well-respected leadership faced the challenge of pushing a comfortable culture into one that made faster, evidence-based decisions – they knew what they needed to do but did not know where to start.
Chrysalis Group developed a one-day workshop for senior leaders. They were asked to complete a survey predicting their change leadership and influencing styles. Using that feedback, leaders discussed each change initiative and how progress was being held back by their preferred leadership approaches and who in the room was best positioned to take up different elements of the change leadership work. Accountabilities were more accurately assigned and the pace of change accelerated. Coaching was provided to selected leaders who needed ongoing support to manage complex, time-sensitive challenges.
